Guillermina Belavi

Postdoctoral researcher with a Research Staff Training Contract (FPI-UAM) obtained through competitive attendance. Member of GICE, of the UNESCO Chair in Education for Social Justice, of the Institute for Human Rights, Democracy, Culture of Peace and Nonviolence – DEMOSPAZ and the Research Network on Leadership and Improvement of Education – RILME.

She has a PhD in Education from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Degree in Political Science from the National University of Rosario. Assistant professor in the subjects of Research, Innovation and Evaluation in Education (Graduate in Teacher in Primary Education) and Educational Change and Improvement (University Master in Change and Improvement of Education and University Master in Information Technology and Communication in Education and Training) in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Her area of interest is political philosophy and education, she is currently developing her research within the framework of the R&D Project «Democracy in schools as the foundation of an education for Social Justice» (Ref: EDU2017-82688-P) .
