Degree in Psychology and Doctor in Education from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Diploma of Advanced Studies and Master in Information and Knowledge Society from the Open University of Catalonia. Advanced Master in Executive and Business Coaching from the University of Salamanca. She is coordinator of the Orientation Department of the Villalkor College, carrying out continuous teacher training tasks and the implementation of educational innovation projects, where she provides advice and training to families, students and teachers.

Since 2000 she is a founding partner of Jaitek, Tecnología y Formación S.L. , a company dedicated to innovation projects in the field of training and education. Since 2010 she is Patron of the Siglo22 Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to innovation in education and gender equality.

Projects include: Teach to Learn, Virtual Community teachers organized by Educared (Fundación Telefónica) with the aim of promoting educational innovation, Educared Model Centers, project of integration of technology in education and generation of peer learning networks.

She has also been a professor in the Master “Production and Management of e-Learning” organized and taught by the Carlos III University of Madrid. Master’s degree “University specialist in learning and technology in education. Methodological innovation with ICT ”of the University of Comillas. Master of “Master and Doctorate in Quality and Improvement of Education” and “Management and Management of Educational Centers in the New Digital Environment” of the Autonomous University of Madrid. Professor in the Master’s Degree in Secondary and Baccalaureate Teacher Training at Nebrija University.
