F. Javier Murillo participates in the Cycle of conferences organized by the Education Training Council of the National Agency for Public Education of Uruguay

On April 26, F. Javier Murillo participated in the CFE-ANEP Conference Cycle “A Training of Educators that enables a new education”. The Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair in Education for Social Justice gave a conference entitled “Research in the training of educators”

In his intervention, F. Javier Murillo emphasized the importance of conducting a socially committed investigation. Going further, the director of the UNESCO Chair in Education for Social Justice, stated that: “If an investigation does not explicitly propose to contribute to a more equitable, just and inclusive education and with it to a society with similar characteristics, it will be contributing to an education that reproduces and legitimizes social injustices and inequalities.”
