F. Javier Murillo participates in the Carlos Muñoz Izquierdo Chair
On November 12, the Carlos Muñoz Izquierdo Chair was held, with the participation of F. Javier Murillo, director of the UNESCO Chair in Education for Social Justice.
In his presentation, F. Javier Murillo invites us to reflect on how social inequality and injustices such as gender violence, the refugee crisis, or the destruction of biodiversity are growing.
The pandemic we are experiencing is also exacerbating these injustices. Faced with this, the school must react. We must rethink our position and responsibility as educational agents to turn the school into a transforming agent.
