The Research Network on Leadership and Improvement of Education (RILME) announces the IV International Congress on Leadership and Improvement of Education. Building community in the school, which will be held from June 3 to 5, 2020 at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the University of Seville.

The three editions of CILME celebrated with great success so far have brought together a large group of professionals and academics interested in these issues, mainly from Latin America, Spain and Portugal. The purpose of the RILME network is to maintain the alternation of these congresses on one side and the other of the Atlantic Ocean that began in 2019 in Santiago, Chile.
In the fourth edition of this congress, researchers linked to education, professionals and teachers are called to participate and reflect on the need to generate collaboration channels between schools that establish the them as communities in practice with the capacity to train free, critical and capable citizens.
