Agenda 2030. Claves para la transformación sostenible. On September 25, 2015, 193 countries signed the document Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development within the UN framework. This declaration has been one of the most ambitious and far-reaching global agreements in recent history. The Agenda presents 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 goals that establish a set of priorities and aspirations so that by the year 2030 we are in the direction of a better world. The most pressing global challenges it addresses are the eradication of poverty and hunger; protecting the planet from environmental degradation and climate change; the guarantee for all of a prosperous, healthy and full life, in addition to the promotion of peaceful, inclusive, egalitarian and just societies. This book is a set of contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals of specialists of high academic recognition from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
